Kangana Ranaut has gone ahead and taken a dig at Hrithik Roshan, again. Present for a fun chat with Neha Dhupia for her podcast #NoFilterNeha, Kangana was seen at her #NoFilter best. While answering a rapid fire round, she was asked who would be the best fit for the title, ‘Thank God they have famous parents or they’d be nowhere’. And guess what? After choosing to not comment on her legal tussle with Hrithik Roshan publicly, Kangana Ranaut broke her silence at the launch of Chetan Bhagat's new novel. The actress, known for her no-nonsense attitude and ability to call a spade, a spade, was questioned as to what did she make of Hrithik Roshan's father's statement. Mincing no words, Kangana said, "Why can’t men stand up for themselves. He is a 43-year old man. I just can’t understand why his father has to come to rescue him from all these small controversies. Well, it is now time to wait and watch as to how does Roshan Jr. react to this.

Now that the very same year is ending, here's another scoop that has come straight from the horse's mouth. Rakesh Roshan, who has managed to stay away from the limelight while the entire debacle was aflame, has now spoken on the issue like never before. Speaking to a daily, the filmmaker was quoted talking about how different Hrithik is and that even when someone (Kangana) was spreading lies about him, he chose to stay calm and dignified. While this was a normal reaction we would have expected out of him, here comes another quote that completely took us off guard. Senior Roshan went on to say that if Hrithik did choose to come out with the truth, it will shock everyone. Strange, isn't it?
Just when you thought the Hrithik Roshan-Kangana Ranaut drama died down, here’s another story that has crawled its way up the grapevines. Reports are running wild that the hunky ‘Mohenjo Daro’ star is upset with his colleagues from the film industry for taking Kangana’s side in their over-publicized court battle. According to online reports, Hrithik allegedly sent his ‘Krrish’ co-star Priyanka Chopra text messages for not supporting him during the troubled phase. Apparently, the actor is also upset with Vidya Balan and director Karan Johar for not showing him enough support. Hrithik is said to have also avoided Salman Khan at the recent IIFA awards in Madrid, as he didn’t help him even after hearing his side of the story. Reports also state that Hrithik got into a tiff with Salman as he didn’t want to share the stage with Daisy Shah, who is the ‘Sultan’ star’s protégé. The actor allegedly threatened to cancel his performance if the organisers didn’t pull out Daisy from the performance.
During the trailer launch of her film ‘Te3n,’ when Vidya Balan was asked about her take on the ongoing Kangana Ranaut - Hrithik Roshan legal battle, she refused to comment. But she did laud Kangana for the way she has handled herself in the entire saga. However, as per a report on BollywoodLife.com, this hasn’t gone down well with Vidya’s husband, Siddharth Roy Kapur. The report mentions that Kapur, under his banner UTV Disney, is producing Hrithik’s next, ‘Kaabil’ and it has caused him a lot of embarrassment. A source is quoted in the report as saying that Vidya’s comment will make things awkward between Kapur and Hrithik.
